The Calera Project, a case study of an integral use of Augmented Reality in an archaeological site
Abstract
This paper presents the Calera Project, a case study in the integral use of augmented reality at an archaeological site. It combines historical and archaeological research, three-dimensional reconstruction, spatial registration, and on-site visualisation to help visitors relate surviving material evidence to reconstructed structures and past uses of the site.
