video-speech-remover

Takes a video and tries to delete every frame where someone is speaking.

The command-line tool accepts an input and output video, with controls for the buffer around speech segments and the minimum speech duration. It uses librosa for audio processing.

The repository also contains a separate portrait recomposition workflow for the already edited Cruel Continuity video. That workflow starts from the existing edit rather than running speech removal again.
